PURCHASES, WARRANTY, SHIPPING & RETURNS

We look forward to providing you with excellent service in addition to a collection of exquisite products to choose from. Please see below for our terms and conditions surrounding purchases, shipping, returns and damaged goods:

1. Orders placed and payments received prior to 7pm EST shall be processed in same day. Should order be received after 7pm EST, order shall be processed the following day.

2. RSCO. Jewelry guarantees a response to all customer service inquiries received by email within 24 hours. Email for customer service requests is patandz@ruggedswagco.com

3. Customers should expect to receive tracking information for each order within five business days of order. 

4. Customers may return items within thirty (30) calendar days. Within this time, customer must contact RSCo. Jewelry via email and specify their product name and color. Buyer is responsible for payment of return shipping cost. 

              a. Returned items must incl. all components originally shipped with tags  in place.

              b. ***Custom & personalized orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee.***

5. Should customer receive damaged product, send photos to patandz@ruggedswagco.com within 24 hours of receiving item to coordinate next steps for returning purchase. 

Bags, Totes & Purses 

As Of March 1st, 2019, Please Refer To SafarBagCo.com For Further Information. We Own & Operate This Website As Well. 

1. Your canvas or leather bag goes with you and supports what you do in the process. While we are confident you will get years and years of use with your bag, we include a one year warranty on wear-and-tear damage & failure of parts/material. Examples include:

  • Broken stitching
  • Holes in leather or canvas
  • Torn handles or straps
  • Broken buttons/rivets/loops
  • Broken buckles 

2. Please send all inquiries to our email address along with photos of your bag. We will need to reference your order via your order no. or first & last name. 

3. Customer must cover return shipping costs for warranty repairs. We will also charge a $15.00 handling fee. We will cover the cost of sending your item back to you. If your item arrives to you damaged right out of the package, we will compensate your return shipping costs once we receive the item from you.
